Job summary

Alpha Aviation Group (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse in Cebu to provide immediate medical care to employees, administer first aid, and coordinate health referrals.

You will document treatments, support occupational health compliance, and respond calmly to emergencies to maintain a safe work environment. The role requires an RN license, BSN, and at least 1–3 years of clinical or occupational health experience, with preferred BLS/First Aid certification and alcohol testing

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Administer first aid and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications per physician orders or protocols.
• Perform basic clinical procedures (vital signs, wound care).
• Coordinate referrals to hospitals or clinics for off-site care.
• Conduct and document Alcohol Breath Tests as required.
• Maintain logs of medical treatments and assessments.
• Monitor employees under medical observation and ensure confidentiality.

About the role

The Company Nurse provides immediate medical care to employees, administers first aid, responds to workplace incidents, and assists in managing employee health concerns. The role also handles medication administration, basic clinical procedures, substance testing, proper medical documentation, and coordination of referrals to hospitals or clinics when needed. This position ensures compliance with occupational health and safety standards while supporting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide appropriate care for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Administer first aid and respond to medical emergencies
• Give prescribed medications based on physician orders or company protocols
• Perform basic clinical procedures (vital signs, wound care, dressings)
• Assist employees with hospital or clinic referrals and coordinate off-site care
• Conduct and document Alcohol Breath Tests as required
• Maintain accurate logs of medical treatments and assessments
• Monitor employees under medical observation and act on health findings
• Maintain confidential and updated medical records
• Document workplace incidents and medical interventions for reporting

About you

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 1-3 years clinical or occupational health experience
• BLS and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of Alcohol Breath Testing and basic diagnostics
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to remain calm, professional, and effective during emergencies
