The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well‑being of employees by providing medical assistance, administering first aid, conducting health assessments, and implementing workplace health programs. This role ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations while supporting HR in managing employee wellness initiatives.

Health and Medical Care

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees in case of illness or injury.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor employee health conditions.
• Assist employees in obtaining medical attention when necessary and coordinate with healthcare providers.

Health Monitoring and Assessments

• Conduct regular health check‑ups and medical assessments.
