Job summary

ISTA Solutions is seeking a PHRN to join our team in Makati. You will administer health programs, provide in-workplace first aid, and support wellness initiatives while maintaining confidentiality of medical information.

The role requires at least 1 year of company-nurse experience, a valid First Aid/BLS/BOSH certification, and strong communication skills. Night shifts are expected in a collaborative, employee-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be PHRN (Licensed Nurse).
• At least 1 year experience as a company nurse.
• With First Aid / BLS/ BOSH Certification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Amenable working night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
• Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
• Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
• Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
• Communicate with management on a regular basis.
• Attend/Conduct seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress Management.
• Perform Admin Tasks related to Healthy and Safety.
