Job summary

Toyota Pasong Tamo, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Health Officer to administer first aid, triage illnesses, dispense OTC medicines, and assist the Company Doctor with minor procedures on-site in Makati.

The role will coordinate telemedicine and on-site consultations, maintain medical histories, and ensure a clean, well-stocked clinic environment. The position also involves monitoring hypertensive staff, accompanying patients to the hospital during emergencies, and developing health and safety

Responsibilities

• Administer general first aid to team members and contractors in case of an accident inside the company
• Triage team members who are sick to determine their health status
• Dispense over-the-counter medicine to team members who are requesting by assessing their health first
• Assist the Company Doctor with any minor procedures
• Update team members on the Company Doctor's monthly schedule for telemedicine and on-site consultation duty
• Schedule team members for a telemedicine consultation
• File and record the patient's medical history for Company Doctor's reference
• Safekeep all team members' consultation
• Maintain clinical supplies and equipment by keeping the clinic clean
• Document any health safety incident as a reference in the submission of Safety's Work Accident Illness Report (WAIR) submitted to DOLE monthly
• Monitor regularly the blood pressure of hypertensive team members
• Accompany team members in the hospital during emergency cases
• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
