Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Laguna is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer first aid, evaluate employee health, and maintain wellness programs. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and be a Licensed Nurse. Experience in manufacturing is a plus, and candidates must be willing to work in shifts. Strong communication and analytical skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Assist in planning and conducting programs on Health and Safety Awareness.
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure Health and Safety compliance.
• Facilitate wellness programs promoting employee health/wellness in the workplace.
• Accompany employees to the hospital for all emergency cases.
• Assist Company Physician and keep record of the Doctor's note for proper documentation.
• Issuance of Fit to Work clearance to employees gone from sick leave.
• Candidate must be at least have a bachelor7s degree in nursing
• Must be Licensed/Registered Nurse
• With experience in manufacturing or related filed is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With BOSH training is an advantage
• With Sound clinical knowledge, good interpersonal communication skills, and analytical skills
• Willing and capable to work on a shifting basis
