Responsibilities

• Responsible for incorporating health promotion strategies to minimize accident.
• Ensures safety standards are met, can identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.
• Administers first aid treatments and provides medication as needed.
• Monitor and records patients’ condition.
• Secures and ensures that sick employees submit fit to work certificates before they proceed to their specific station/department.
• Schedules and assist annual medical examination of all employees to prevent risk condition.
• Monitors absenteeism and conducts visitation at home as needed especially if the stated reason is always on health issues.
• Generate medical report.
• Conducts inventory of medicine and other medical supplies every month and prepares purchase request as necessary.
• Implements and complies with Company Handbook and procedures including Health, Safety and Environmental policies.

Qualifications

1. Registered Nurse.
2. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.
3. At least attended First Aid, OHNAP, Basic Life Support of similar training
4. With experience in a manufacturing setup as a Company Nurse is an advantage.
