Job Description
- Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees whenever necessary.
- Conduct health assessments and maintain medical records for employees.
- Organize and implement health and wellness programs within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR to manage occupational health services and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Educate employees on health and safety practices in the workplace.
- Support HR and safety teams in implementing occupational health policies and compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assess and respond to medical emergencies
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential exposure to health risks
