Job summary

DANAM PHILIPPINES INC. in Cavite is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to plan and develop health prevention programs for its workforce.

The role requires coordinating medical activities, ensuring proper medication administration, and delivering first aid training. You will maintain employee health records, organize annual medical examinations, promote immunizations, monitor medicines, and prepare monthly accident reports.

Qualifications

• BSN graduate with active RN license.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Good communication, hardworking and compassionate.
• With experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develop health prevention programs.
• Provides necessary assistance to all employees in the proper take of medicines.
• Conducts first aide and healthy work habits orientation to all employees.
• Maintains an accident/ illness record system.
• Maintains and keep medical records of all employees.
• Facilitates the annual medical examination of all employees and promotes immunization of all employees.
• Maintains the first aid kit.
• Monitors and identify the medicines needed.
• Maintains quarterly report on employee's health status, specifically employees with frequent occurrence of health problems.
• Submit Monthly Accident Report
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
