Job summary

Zamboanga Nickel Corporation seeks a Registered Nurse to join our site-based Occupational Health team. The role focuses on on-site medical care, first aid, emergency response, and supporting health programs for workers.

You should have an active PRC license, valid BLS/CPR is a plus, and be prepared to handle documentation, coordinate with staff, and maintain clinic supplies in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN with PRC license.
• Experience in clinical or occupational health.
• Knowledge of DOLE OSH standards and basic occupational health programs.
• Physically fit and willing to be assigned on site.
• BLS/CPR Certification is an advantage.

• With at least 1-2 years of clinical or occupational health experience (industrial, waste management or construction setting is an advantage)
• With training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is an advantage
• Must be knowledgeable in DOLE OSH Standards and basic occupational health programs
• Should be physically fit and willing to be assigned in site operations

Job Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in first aid, emergency response and case management
• Ability to handle minor injuries and work‑related health concerns
• Competent in medical documentation and report preparation
• Good communication and coordination skills (able to deal with workers, supervisors and management)
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling medical records
• Organized and capable of managing clinic supplies and inventory
• Able to work independently and respond calmly during emergencies
