• Must hold a valid Philippine Driver's License.
• Ability to drive both cars and motorcycles.

• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and safety-conscious.
• Physically capable of handling pets of different sizes.
• Comfortable handling deceased pets as part of the job.
• Compassionate and respectful with grieving pet owners.
• Willing to assist with pet preparation, cleaning and sanitation.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
• Experience as a driver/pet handler is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and transport pets from clients' homes, clinics, and partner facilities.
• Handle pets, including deceased ones, with care and dignity.
• Identify, secure, load, unload, and transfer pets properly.
• Prepare pets for viewing with gentle cleaning, brushing, and positioning.
• Assist in aquamation procedures according to company protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pet-handling areas and equipment.
• Report any incident or unusual condition involving a pet.
• Interact empathetically with grieving pet owners and families.
• Communicate clearly during pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Skills

Valid Philippine Driver's License

Able to drive cars and motorcycles

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Company Driver / Pet Handler who will assist with the safe transportation, handling, and care of pets while providing professional and respectful service to our clients. This role involves driving company vehicles, handling both living and deceased pets, assisting with pet aftercare procedures, and delivering pet remains and mementos to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Safely pick up and transport pets from clients' homes, veterinary clinics, and partner facilities

• Handle pets, including deceased pets, with care, dignity, and respect

• Properly identify, secure, load, unload, and transfer pets

• Assist in preparing pets for viewing, including gentle cleaning, wiping, brushing, and proper positioning

• Assist in preparing and transferring pets for aquamation following the Company procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of pet-handling areas, equipment, and materials

• Immediately report any incident or unusual condition involving a pet

• Deal with grieving pet owners and their families with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism

• Communicate clearly and respectfully during pickups and deliveries

• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times
