• Properly operates the company vehicle.
• Regularly cleans the company vehicle.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the company vehicle.
• Ensures that the company vehicle is secure.
• Maintains records of vehicle repairs.
• Records odometer readings for company vehicle.
• Checks completeness of delivery items.
• Delivers orders in good condition.
• Coordinates with Sales Order Processor.
• Assists during special events.
• Helps admin/production/sales team if needed.

Responsibilities

• Properly operates the company vehicle
• Regularly cleans the company vehicle
• Responsible for the maintenance of the company vehicle to ensure that it is in good condition
• Ensures that the company vehicle is secure while in the field
• Maintains records of company vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Records odometer readings after coming in and before coming out of company premises
• Checks the completeness of items to be delivered against delivery receipt and packing list
• Delivers the orders complete and in good condition to the client
• Coordinates with Sales Order Processor regarding any problems that may arise during delivery
• Assists during special events
• Helps the admin/production/sales team if there are no delivery/activity schedules
