Job summary

S&L Fine Foods in Metro Manila is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to transport employees, products, and documents safely. You will follow schedules, load and unload goods, and maintain accurate trip records.

The role requires daily vehicle inspections, adherence to traffic laws and company policies, keeping vehicles clean, and reporting defects promptly. Strong professionalism when dealing with customers and suppliers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, products, supplies, documents, and other authorized items.
• Deliver and pick up products, materials, and documents from customers, suppliers, branches, offices, and other designated locations.
• Follow assigned schedules, routes, and delivery instructions.
• Ensure that all transported products and items are handled properly and securely.
• Assist in loading and unloading products, supplies, and other materials when necessary.
• Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle, including tires, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, fuel, and other basic components.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
• Immediately report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or other incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, fuel consumption, vehicle mileage, and other required reports.
• Ensure that vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and other required documents are properly maintained and available.
• Observe traffic laws, company policies, safety procedures, and delivery protocols at all times.
• Practice courteous and professional behavior when dealing with customers, suppliers, employees, and the general public.
• Assist with other operational tasks related to transportation, delivery, and company activities as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
