Job summary

Zimmo Outsource Solutions- Naga in Metro Manila requires a dependable driver/messenger to transport personnel, clients, and approved passengers to various locations. You will also handle, deliver, and safeguard company documents, parcels, and equipment.

The role includes loading/unloading assistance and route planning to minimize delays. You will perform daily vehicle checks, ensure maintenance, and maintain accurate usage records while complying with traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Company personnel, clients, guests, and authorized passengers to designated locations.
• Deliver, collect, and safeguard Company documents, parcels, equipment, materials, checks, permits, and other business-related items.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling transported items when necessary.
• Plan and use efficient travel routes while monitoring traffic conditions to minimize delays.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure assigned vehicles are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Monitor and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, registration renewals, insurance renewals, and other compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Company policies at all times.
• Promptly report vehicle accidents, damages, breakdowns, violations, and other incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality of Company information, documents, and passenger-related matters encountered during employment.
• Perform messenger, courier, liaison, and administrative duties with banks, government agencies, suppliers, clients, and other third parties.
• Provide logistical and operational support for meetings, events, installations, productions, activations, and other Company activities.
• Perform other duties reasonably related to the position and business operations as assigned by Management.
