Job summary

You will also deliver and collect documents, packages, and other company items, while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing daily inspections. Responsibilities include planning efficient routes, coordinating preventive maintenance, keeping detailed trip records, and reporting any incidents to management.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, clients, visitors, and company personnel to designated locations.
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, supplies, and other company-related items.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fuel, oil, and fluid levels.
• Arrange and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle registration requirements.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Follow traffic laws, company safety standards, and driving regulations at all times.
• Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
• Report accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents immediately to management.
• Perform messenger and other related duties as assigned.
