Job summary

Vena Energy seeks an Associate, Business Development in Laguna to manage community relations and stakeholder engagement. You will plan and implement CSR initiatives, coordinate with local authorities, and ensure project activities comply with community needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include handling IPC activities, documenting grievances, and reporting on stakeholder engagement while supporting site administration duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with local government offices and communities.
• Proven track record in community relations and CSR activities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relations with host communities, IP groups, and LGUs to ensure smooth project activities.
• Plan and implement community relations strategies aligned with project goals.
• Implement social development plans, CSR programs, and related MOAs for host communities.
• Liaise with host community and LGUs to secure permits and clearances.
• Receive and document project-related complaints and maintain grievance logs.
• Keep project team informed on government, community, and environmental issues.
