Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Community Manager to manage messaging across social platforms and support influencer relationships. This remote role emphasizes clear, warm communication and efficient multi-tasking to handle high-volume orders and shipping coordination.

You will use Notion and Slack to track workflows and collaborate with global 3PLs. Prior experience in social media or e-commerce communities is preferred.

• Capable of managing multiple messaging pipelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable with high-volume order tracking and shipping coordination.
• Experience in social media management or influencer outreach preferred.
• Experience with subscription-based e-commerce preferred.
• Experience with 3PL or warehouse coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound messaging on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Gorgias.
• Address inquiries from creators and affiliates and resolve issues.
• Support influencer and affiliate relationships through consistent communication.
• Track and manage monthly affiliate product shipments and first-time orders.
• Coordinate store credit issuance and fulfillment with global 3PLs.
• Maintain workflow tracking and databases in Notion and Slack.
• Manage multiple active DM pipelines with accuracy.
• Support high-volume order tracking and shipping coordination workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Handle inbound and outbound messaging on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Gorgias.
2. Address inquiries from creators and affiliates and resolve issues.
3. Support influencer and affiliate relationships through consistent and professional communication.
4. Track and manage monthly affiliate product shipments and first-time orders.
5. Coordinate store credit issuance and fulfillment activities with global 3PLs.
6. Maintain workflow tracking and operational databases in Notion and Slack.
7. Manage multiple active DM pipelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Support high-volume order tracking and shipping coordination workflows.

Qualifications:

• Near-native/expert English written fluency and strong reading comprehension
• Ability to communicate with a warm, personable, professional, and non-robotic tone
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple active messaging pipelines simultaneously
• Comfortable with high-volume order tracking and shipping coordination
• Experience in social media management, influencer outreach, or e-commerce community management is preferred
• Experience with subscription-based e-commerce models is preferred
• Experience with 3PL or warehouse coordination is preferred

Technical Requirements:

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO):

• PHP 50,000 – PHP 53,000
