Job summary

NDA is seeking a proactive Community Manager to drive sports, esports, and online entertainment communities. You will grow and nurture audiences across Telegram, Discord, and Facebook, crafting engaging discussions and activities that resonate with fans.

The role is remote, requiring weekend shifts. You will support marketing campaigns, monitor engagement, and deliver daily performance reports while collaborating with the marketing team.

Are you passionate about sports, esports, gaming, and building engaging online communities? We’re looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow online communities across Telegram, Discord, and Facebook.
• Create engaging discussions, polls, quizzes, and interactive activities.
• Follow sports and esports events, particularly NBA, Dota 2, and MLBB.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community activations.
• Respond to member inquiries, moderate discussions, and elevate issues when needed.
• Monitor engagement, track community performance, and prepare daily reports.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in community management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and Facebook Groups.
• Passion for sports, esports, gaming, or online entertainment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or esports.
• Knowledge of NBA, Dota 2, and MLBB communities.
• Experience with ClickUp, Google Sheets, and engagement campaigns.
