Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, leasing, real estate, property management or related admin role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and promoting commercial properties through digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update property listings across marketing channels.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate property viewings and site inspections.
• Prepare leasing documents, proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support leasing activities.
• Monitor and maintain records of available units, inquiries, and leasing transactions.
• Assist in organizing leasing events, property launches, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing collateral and ensure inventory of promotional materials.
• Perform administrative and related duties as assigned.
