Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced CBRE HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities, performing proactive testing and scheduled maintenance.

You will install, repair, test, and troubleshoot systems, follow safety rules, and work under supervision while delivering reliable outputs. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in related work, plus a valid driver's license, are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs or more) and perform physical tasks.
• Follow basic work routines and standards; adhere to procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for HVAC.
