Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.

The role supports the Engineering and Technical Services function, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and compliance with codes and safety standards. A High School Diploma or trade school training with 1–2 years of related experience and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain HVAC control systems for building equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC components to ensure code compliance and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under guidance.
• Deliver output by following established processes under supervision.
