Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities. You will perform proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school, 1-2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. You will work under supervision and follow established procedures while ensuring safety and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for modifications.
