Job summary

Robinsons Handyman Inc. in Libis, Quezon City, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager for a full-time role. Based in Metro Manila, you will support finance and accounting operations and drive commercial performance across the business.

You will oversee monthly/annual financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and partner with commercial teams to provide financial guidance. You will lead the finance team, mentor staff, and help improve financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with CPA certification.
• 5+ years in commercial finance or management accounting in mid-large org.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; translate numbers for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Proficient with financial software and data analysis tools.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Robinsons Handyman Inc' as a Commercial Finance Manager. In this full-time role, you will be based in Libis Quezon City Metro Manila and play a key strategic role in supporting the company's finance and accounting operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, budgets and forecasts for the commercial division

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive commercial performance

• Partner with commercial teams to understand business needs and provide financial guidance

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

• Lead and manage the commercial finance team, providing mentorship and development opportunities

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Accountancy and CPA.

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial finance or management accounting role, preferably within a medium to large organization

• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and reporting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information for non-finance stakeholders

• Experience in leading and developing finance teams

• Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• Monday to Friday (On-site)

• 8am-6:30pm, 9am-7:30pm, or 10am-8:30pm

• Office Location: Bagumbayan Libis, Quezon City, near Eastwood.
