Job summary

You will oversee monthly/annual financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and partner with commercial teams to provide financial guidance. You will lead the finance team, mentor staff, and help improve financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with CPA certification.
• 5+ years in commercial finance or management accounting in mid-large org.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; translate numbers for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Proficient with financial software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, budgets and forecasts for the commercial division.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive commercial performance.
• Partner with commercial teams to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Lead and manage the commercial finance team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
