Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking an Operations Associate at Axos Business Center to support Commercial Banking Operations and Risk. You will process and monitor Check, ACH, Wire, and Instant Payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing Verafin alerts, processing NACHA-based tasks, and assisting with fraud investigations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures independently are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking operations or related role.
• Knowledge of Wire, ACH, Check and Instant Payment systems; fraud typologies.

Responsibilities

• Review and clear alerts in Verafin per risk guidelines.
• Process ACH/NACHA-related items and returns within deadlines.
• Handle Fed adjustment processing and check corrections.
• Support fraud investigations and data entry for onshore team.
• Assist updating departmental procedures to improve compliance.
