Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a data analyst to monitor sales performance, support financial close and commissions, and ensure data integrity across systems. You will generate reports for sales, management and finance, and help with process improvements and data governance.

Strong Python/SQL skills, Excel proficiency, and 1–3 years of experience are required. Ideal candidates have a CS or business background, familiarity with Salesforce/Oracle/Power BI/Tableau, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in data processing or analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, incl. pivot tables and basic macros/IF statements.
• Prior experience in sales support, systems, or business analytics roles.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.
• Support month-end close and commissions with the Commercial team.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and territories.
• Generate and analyze reports for sales, management and finance.
