• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SaaS applications, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ticketing and support platforms such as Jira, Intercom, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools and modern customer support technologies.
