• Draft outreach scripts and negotiate with manufacturers to reduce initial order quantities (MOQs).
• Verify manufacturers hold GMP, ISO, Halal certifications to ease FDA Philippines registration.
• Build a master supplier matrix comparing prices, setup fees, shipping timelines, and MOQs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Hunting: Research and map out makeup laboratories, private label suppliers, and component packaging factories via Alibaba, Global Sources, and local manufacturer directories.

• Low-MOQ Negotiation: Draft outreach scripts and negotiate with manufacturers to determine whether they can reduce their initial order requirements for a new brand.

• Compliance Checks: Verify that the manufacturers hold certifications (GMP, ISO, Halal) to make our future FDA Philippines registration easy.

• Supplier Matrix: Build a master Google Sheet comparing factory prices, setup fees, shipping timelines, and MOQs side by side.

Requirements:

• Prior experience sourcing products online (local PH labs).

• A love for makeup and basic knowledge of cosmetics packaging (tubes, palettes, bottles).
