Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent.
• Experience with networking concepts and incident handling is preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 7x24x365 production systems support and incident response.
• Monitor system and network stability and performance; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with development, support groups and vendors to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Assist in change management and daily IT operations tasks.
