GoTyme Bank seeks a proactive Collections Team Lead to guide a frontline group of collectors, driving delinquency recovery with a customer-centric approach. You will oversee end-to-end workflows, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Credit Risk, Legal, and Operations while ensuring compliance with BSP regulations and fair debt practices for a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong coaching, data-driven decision making, and hands-on leadership to balance targets with regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Management or equivalent professional background.
Minimum 5 years in collections, credit recovery, or financial services operations.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role overseeing frontline collections.
Experience with consumer lending, credit cards, digital banking, or fintech is preferred.
Familiarity with collections tools and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of collections agents with coaching, calibrations, and performance conversations.
Oversee end-to-end collections workflows across delinquency buckets and case documentation.
Track KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions with regular reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulations and fair debt collection policies; flag risks as needed.
Coordinate with Credit Risk, Customer Experience, Legal, and Operations; interface with external agencies.
