Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, completed at least 2 years in college, or Bachelor's degree holder.
• Experience: At least 1 year of dedicated collections experience.
• US & AU Accounts: Direct collections experience in banking/financial services is required.
• UK Accounts: Collections experience in any industry acceptable (must be within a dedicated Collections Line of Business).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collections outreach professionally and efficiently.
• Negotiate payment terms, settlements, and repayment plans with account holders.
• Accurately document account interactions, customer commitments, and payment records.
