The role involves reviewing loan transaction balances for collection purposes, triggering debits and payments, and updating transaction details through BB MD Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably business-related.
• Demonstrate proficiency in presenting themselves effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• High level of initiative and innovation.
• Adept critical thinking, decision-making, and continual learning abilities are highly advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned within Makati City.

Responsibilities

• View deposit balances of BPI for review and analysis of various loan transactions for collection purposes.
• Trigger transactions such as debit and application of payment.
• Updating of details, waiver/reversal of transactions ETC to BB loan account's number through BB MD Support team.
