Job summary

WNS Global Services in the Philippines is hiring a Collections Specialist to manage B2B/B2C accounts, negotiate payments and resolve delinquencies while maintaining client relationships. The role supports international clients and adheres to financial controls and service levels.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in collections, with a preference for those with international experience, especially Australia, and a strong eye for detail and compliance.
