Gainstrong Talent Solutions Corp. in Makati invites motivated individuals to join our financial account team as Financial Account Representatives for a Collections Account at Ayala North Exchange.

You will contact customers about outstanding balances, explain payment arrangements, process settlements, and maintain accurate records while meeting productivity and quality targets. Onsite work at Ayala North Exchange with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and on shifting schedules.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and account-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information about account details, payment arrangements, and applicable financial policies.
• Assist customers with payment inquiries and available settlement options.
• Conduct professional and respectful conversations to encourage timely account payments.
• Address customer questions and concerns regarding billing and payment transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and payment commitments.
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Escalate complex account concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and performance targets.
