Job summary

The position involves managing collection efforts with a professional approach and updating customer accounts accurately on our system. The successful candidate will handle debt repayment arrangements and respond to customer questions, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to company policies.

• Manage collection efforts with a high level of persuasiveness & professionalism. Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
• Place the account on hold for incoming orders until payment is received.
• Handle customer questions and problems.
• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.
