About the role

We are looking for a Field Collection Specialist responsible for conducting field collection activities, following up on outstanding accounts, and coordinating with clients regarding payments. The role requires regular field visits and effective communication to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.

Key responsibilities

• Collect accounts receivable and other outstanding debts through field collection activities
• Conduct field visits to clients and account holders
• Coordinate with clients regarding payment arrangements and outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions
• Provide updates and reports regarding assigned accounts
• Perform other field collection-related duties as assigned

About you

• At least College Level, Vocational/Associate Graduate, or Bachelor's Degree Graduate
• Experience as a Field Collector or Credit Verifier is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to conduct extensive field work
• Must own a registered motorcycle
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
