Job summary

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the company's system.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates while minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to address customer issues impacting payment.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and outstanding balances.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines related to debt collection practices.
