Job summary

SAFC in the Philippines seeks a dedicated collateral documents processor to ensure timely and accurate handling of loan-related paperwork. You will verify documents with LTO and ROD, follow SOPs, and manage mortgage-related registrations and transfers, maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will also prepare monthly reports on verified and mortgaged accounts, suggest process improvements, and handle additional duties as needed to support the documentation team.

Responsibilities

• Verifies authenticity of collateral documents with government offices such as LTO and ROD.
• Follows SOPs in submission of documents to different government offices.
• Processes cancellation, mortgage, verification, registration and transfer of Chattel and Real Estate documents.
• Prepares monthly report of verified and mortgaged accounts and submits to the documentation assistant.
• Recommends improved mortgage processes aligned with LTO and ROD policies.
• Maintains confidentiality of transmitted documents and records.
• Prepares and submits reports regarding accounts processed.
• Performs other work-related functions as assigned.
