Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify the authenticity of collateral documents submitted by loan borrower through validation with government offices such as Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Registry of Deeds (ROD)
• Follow the company's standard operating procedures in submission of pertinent documents to different government offices
• Process cancellation, mortgage, verification, registration and transfer of Chattel and Real Estate documents
• Prepare monthly report of verified and mortgaged accounts and submits to the documentation assistant
• Recommend better processes on mortgage that would fit to the present LTO and ROD Policies
• Maintain the confidentiality of documents and records transmitted
• Prepare and submits report regarding accounts processed
• Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time
