Job summary

RCS SHARED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Business Development Analyst to identify growth opportunities in cold storage warehousing and logistics across the Philippines.

The role includes market and financial analysis, client acquisition, and development of strategic partnerships to drive occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a business-related field, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/finance/logistics-related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in business development, sales analysis, or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of cold chain industry standards and temperature-controlled logistics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for cold storage warehousing and logistics services.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis within the Philippine cold chain industry.
• Prepare financial models, revenue projections, and feasibility studies for new cold storage projects.
• Build relationships with customers, logistics providers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
