Job summary

Kenangan Coffee at SM Nuvali is seeking a dedicated Coffee Barista to deliver excellent customer service and craft high-quality beverages. As the face of the brand, you will greet customers, take orders, handle POS, and maintain a clean, organized bar area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and above.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Either at least 6 months experience as a coffee barista OR Barista NC II Passer.
• With or without experience in coffee calibration.
• With previous experience in food & beverage for at least 6 months.
• Passion for coffee, with a desire to learn about different types of beverages.
• Attention to detail for beverage preparation and presentation.
• Basic math skills for handling cash.
• Willingness to follow company recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction.
