Role Overview

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages while providing a warm and welcoming customer experience. This role helps maintain product quality, service consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in daily café operations. The Barista is also expected to follow established recipes and standards, handle customer orders accurately, and contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment.
