Job summary

Kenangan Coffee, part of Fredley Group of Companies, is hiring a Coffee Barista to be the face of our brand and craft high-quality beverages with warm hospitality.

You'll work in a fast-paced team, delivering exceptional customer service, handling orders, and maintaining bar area cleanliness. Training will be provided and growth opportunities exist within one of the region’s top coffee brands.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or F&B service experience is preferred; training will be provided.
• Passionate about coffee and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction.
