Job summary

YTO EXPRESS (PHILIPPINES) TECHNOLOGY GROUP CORPORATION is seeking a detail-oriented Cashier/Accounts role to manage Shopee COD accounts, verify daily collections, and ensure secure custody of funds.

The candidate should have a degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with 6 months to 1 year of cash handling experience, strong Excel skills, and high accuracy. The position requires independent work and timely daily deposits.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in cashiering, cash handling, collections, accounts receivable, or as a Bank Teller.
• Knowledge of cash handling, account reconciliation, and financial transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling company funds.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor Shopee COD accounts and transactions
• Record, verify, and maintain accurate records of daily COD collections
• Perform regular reconciliation of COD accounts to ensure collected amounts match recorded transactions
• Receive, count, and verify cash collections from riders, branches, and other authorized personnel
• Ensure the proper safekeeping and security of cash collections while under custody
• Prepare and organize cash deposits and ensure that collected funds are deposited daily to the designated company bank account
• Investigate and report any cash discrepancies, shortages, overages, or irregularities to the immediate supervisor
• Prepare daily cash and COD collection reports for monitoring and verification
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other concerned departments regarding COD and cash-related concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls for all cash-handling activities
