Cybalink Solutions seeks a skilled CNC Programmer Drafter to program and set up CNC machines for steel components, ensuring accuracy per drawings and schedules.

The role requires 2+ years in steel plate processing, proficiency in FICEP PLM, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and strong attention to detail for high-quality outputs. Office‑based at Arcovia City, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in steel plate processing.
• Experience with FICEP Steel Projects (PLM) is required.
• Strong ability to interpret technical fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency in FICEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC machines per design drawings and specs.
• Inspect CNC machines before operation to ensure condition.
• Perform first-off inspections to verify tolerances.
• Identify and fix programming errors before batch runs.
• Reverse engineer and generate DXF from GA drawings when needed.
• Maintain material library, track stock, and assign part numbers.
• Create and manage program trackers for programmed plates.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and log job times.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support team and perform additional duties as required.

In this role, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to manufacture steel components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications, ensuring high-quality output within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC machines in accordance with design drawings and specifications

• Inspect CNC machines prior to operation to ensure optimal working condition

• Conduct first-off inspections to verify accuracy and required tolerances

• Detect and resolve programming errors before batch runs

• Reverse engineer and generate DXF files from GA drawings when required

• Maintain material library, allocate material unique numbers, and track stock levels

• Create and manage program trackers for programmed plates

• Perform routine machine maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

• Accurately log job times and complete job sheets

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Support team members and perform additional duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in steel plate processing

• Experience with FICEP Steel Projects (PLM) – Required

• Strong ability to interpret technical fabrication drawings

• Proficiency in FICEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to render overtime when required
