Job summary

A growing cabinet trading company in Tarlac City is seeking a skilled CNC Router Programmer/Operator. The successful candidate will program and operate CNC router machines for furniture parts, interpreting cabinet drawings and ensuring high-quality production. Candidates with at least 1 year of CNC experience and knowledge of CAD software such as Solid Works will be preferred. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday and compensation to be discussed during interview.

H&L Modular Cabinet Trading is looking for a skilled and dedicated CNC Router Programmer/Operator to join our growing team in Amucao, Tarlac City.

Qualifications:

• Experience in CNC router programming and operation (preferably in cabinetry or furniture).
• Knowledge in CAD/CAM software (Solid works, etc.).
• Familiar with MDF, plywood, PVC, and laminate materials.
• TESDA or vocational training in CNC or woodworking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC router machines for modular cabinet and furniture parts.
• Interpret cabinet drawings and cutting lists from AutoCAD, SketchUp, Solid Works.
• Create toolpaths and G-code using Solid Works software.
• Ensure accurate and high-quality cutting of panels, doors, and components.
• Maintain machine performance and follow safety standards.

Job Requirements

Education / Training

• Vocational or technical training in CNC machining, furniture technology, or woodworking (TESDA graduate is an advantage)

Experience

• At least 1 year experience operating a CNC router
• Experience in modular cabinet or furniture production preferred

Technical Skills

• Can read and interpret cabinet drawings and cutting lists
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Solid Works, SketchUp or similar)
• Able to create toolpaths and generate G-code
• Skilled in machine setup, calibration, and tool changing
• Familiar with materials like MDF, plywood, laminates, PVC boards
