Gunma Gohkin Philippines Corporation, located in Cabuyao, Laguna, seeks a Production Staff to operate CNC machining processes and ensure product quality according to manufacturing standards.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or mid-career professional who is physically fit, willing to overtime and shifting, and ready to work on-site in Cabuyao.

Qualifications

• Vocational degree in Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
• Physically fit.
• Willing to work overtime and shifting schedules.
• Willing to work in Cabuyao, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Operate and ensure the quality of CNC machining processes while adhering to manufacturing standards.
• Ensure that the process and procedures are adhered throughout manufacture in order to deliver parts to the highest quality standard.
• Provide further evaluation to the machine and or products that creates highest downtime to the process and finding the best solution to the problem.
• Determine the fixtures, attachments, and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications, and mount them to machine prior to beginning cutting.
• With approvals from Technical leader and Supervisor modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy and manufactured parts.
• Oversee cutting process, make adjustment throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take necessary measures to eliminate errors.
• Maintaining clear and honest communication at all times.
• Learning and applying the latest knowledge to the work.
• Keeping the work environment safe and organized.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Continues production support and monitoring of the quality of the product.
