Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a CMMS/EAM System Administrator in the Philippines to ensure reliability, performance, data integrity, and continuous improvement of AES's maintenance platform.

Reporting to the Contract & Operations Manager, you will be the local functional expert for CMMS/EAM, working with maintenance, IT, and external software providers to support day-to-day operations and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, or industrial engineering.
3–5 years of CMMS/EAM or ERP administration experience.
Experience in industrial/maintenance environments.
Experience with maintenance management systems or asset management.
Experience with international teams is a plus.
Strong knowledge of CMMS/EAM and maintenance processes.
Understanding of ERP systems, databases, and admin principles.
Experience with Power BI or BI tools.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the CMMS/EAM platform ensuring availability and data integrity.
Monitor daily system operations and scheduled processes.
Perform database administration, configuration, data updates, and extractions.
Investigate incidents and troubleshoot functional issues.
Provide first-level user support and training for operators and teams.
Develop user guides and training materials.
Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and processes.
Collaborate with IT and software providers on enhancements.
Support reporting and data analysis for maintenance planning.
