Job summary

Odfjell Technology in Makati is seeking an experienced CMMS/ERP Specialist with strong Maximo administration skills. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining CMMS/ERP systems, coordinating with internal and external partners, and driving continuous improvements across maintenance processes.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background with 5+ years in maintenance/operations, plus exposure to global teams and P&ID reading.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering; professional license is an advantage
Five years of technical/maintenance and operations experience in a global BPO/oil and gas context is beneficial
Experience with international or regional counterparts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and in teams; able to deliver within deadlines
Structured, accurate, systematic, and result-driven
Ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment
Quick to learn and propose process improvements
Strong coordination with internal and external partners
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Business and results-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Willing to work onsite in Makati with good CMMS/ERP navigation
Proficient in reading mechanical/electrical drawings, P&ID
Knowledge of change management and operational processes

Responsibilities

Participate in projects related to CMMS preparation or modifications.
Manage implementation, database setup, security, maintenance and UI customization of CMMS/ERP.
Execute continuous improvement initiatives in CMMS workflows.
Update functional hierarchies with analysis data.
Follow up on technical deliveries.
Support CMMS/ERP System Administrator with end users.
Communicate status and deviations with team leads and project managers.
Contribute to developing IFS Maintenance support in Manila.
Perform related tasks as needed.
