John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a CMMS/EAM System Administrator in the Philippines to ensure reliability, performance, data integrity, and continuous improvement of AES's maintenance platform.
Reporting to the Contract & Operations Manager, you will be the local functional expert for CMMS/EAM, working with maintenance, IT, and external software providers to support day-to-day operations and ongoing enhancements.
The CMMS / EAM System Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, data integrity, and continuous improvement of AES's maintenance management platform in the Philippines.
Reporting to the Contract & Operations Manager, you will serve as the local functional expert for the CMMS/EAM system. You will work closely with maintenance technicians, operational teams, IT stakeholders, customers, and external software providers to ensure the system effectively supports day-to-day maintenance operations.

CMMS / EAM System Administration
Administer and maintain the CMMS/EAM platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and data integrity.
Monitor daily system operations, including scheduled processes, system resources, and routine maintenance activities.
Perform database administration tasks, system configuration, data updates, and information extraction.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and functional issues.
Ensure maintenance data remains accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable.
User Support & Training
Provide first-level functional support to operational users and maintenance teams.
Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues and respond to users' functional queries.
Conduct user training and ensure employees and customers are proficient in using the system.
Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials.
Promote best practices in system utilization and data quality.
System Development & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, processes, and user experience.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new system features.
Develop and optimize user interfaces for internal and external users.
Maintain and improve integrations between the CMMS/EAM platform and other business systems.
Collaborate with IT and software providers on system enhancements and improvements.
Reporting & Business Support
Support operational teams through database queries, reporting, and system configuration.
Coordinate with Data Analysts in developing and enhancing operational reports.
Analyze user feedback and business requirements to identify system and process improvements.
Help ensure the CMMS/EAM platform effectively supports maintenance planning, operational performance, and business decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in CMMS, EAM, ERP administration, application support, or a similar role.
Experience supporting industrial, engineering, maintenance, or operational environments.
Experience with maintenance management systems, asset management, or industrial software is highly preferred.
Experience working with multidisciplinary or international teams is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance management processes.
Understanding of ERP systems, databases, and system administration principles.
Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
