• Review expenses vs. budget of the cluster.
• Monitor execution of cluster tactical objective.
• Visit Distributors and Key Accounts.
• Evaluate distributor performance and endorse incentive schemes.

• Recommend strategic sales plan, program and activity to meet the specific target under sales initiatives and the CTS (cost-to-sales) of each program/project prior endorsement to CEO.
• Responsible to conduct monthly business review to GTD.
• Submission of Weekly Highlight report to be submitted to GTM.
• Endorse operational issues of support team (Supply chain, Credit and Collection)
• Review expenses vs. budget of the cluster
• Creation of KRA/KPI (District and AL)
• Monitor execution of cluster tactical objective.
• Review of GTD KRA/KPI.
• Consolidate and review of sell out report to be submit to GTM on a monthly basis.
• Monthly Sales review with GTD.
• Monthly review of collection report with GTD.
• Endorse of prospect distributors.
• Assists of any strategic plan with District Sales in their operation.
• Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales generation.
• Recommend sales and skills enhancement programs.
• Support for the ISO compliance.
• Assist and recommend training module to GTD.
• Directly reporting to GTM,Endorse DES, RFCM, RGAS for GTM approval.
• Visit Distributors and Key Accounts.
• Credit approval based on limit.
• Data analysis of GTD.
• Evaluation of distributor performance
• Endorse of incentive scheme.
• Review of Class A and B accounts
• Review of effectiveness and efficiency of Trade marketing.
• Quarterly business review with distributors.
• Review and coordination of sales support team.
• Endorse BPP for final approval of CEO.
